Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Returns
You can return eligible merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please email info@toprankingclub.com before sending back your item to receive return instructions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
• Presale or Made-to-order items
• Event tickets or retreat deposits
• Final sale or clearance items
• Items damaged after delivery
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
4. Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or colour, based on availability. Email us to arrange an exchange.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error.
6. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, we cannot guarantee cancellation, especially for presale or custom items.
